While the Sherman Grimmer Group was officially established in 2022, our partnership began more than a decade earlier. Over the years, we’ve discovered that the strongest teams aren’t built around one personality—they’re built around shared values.

For us, those values have always been simple.

Those ideas have guided us through more than 30 years of combined real estate experience and more than a thousand successful transactions across Northwest Florida.

Meet Paula Sherman

Paula’s background is anything but ordinary.

Before entering real estate, she served for 33 years as a registered nurse and United States Air Force Reserve Flight Nurse before beginning her real estate career in 2002. She later earned her Broker Associate license and has become known throughout ERA American Real Estate for her expertise in pricing strategy, market analysis, and client education.

As a RamseyTrusted® agent and instructor who teaches Comparative Market Analysis to fellow Realtors, Paula believes informed decisions are the best decisions.

Her approach is calm, analytical, and always centered on helping clients understand their options before making major financial decisions.

Meet Karen Grimmer

Karen has called Northwest Florida home for more than four decades and has helped buyers and sellers throughout the Florida Panhandle since becoming licensed in 2006.

Her clients often describe her as patient, responsive, and reassuring.

Karen believes every transaction deserves the same level of care, whether someone is purchasing their first home, relocating for military service, downsizing, or selling a longtime family home.

With a background rooted in hospitality and relationships, she focuses on making the real estate process feel organized, understandable, and far less stressful than many people expect.
